Rich handled everything perfectly. He goes beyond his duties as a realtor which helped me settle into Kings Point. Who else would offer to take care of re-piping my condo totally if I was out of town? That means arranging to open and close my condo for the plumbers for two days. Rich has even offered to take care of any problems I might have with renters during Jan., Feb., and March when I an back east. Not many realtors offer that kind of service!
